A KT Development, the Lowes Home Improvement Center Pasadena, situated in the greater Houston’s Gulf Gate area on 5400 Fairmont Parkway, was designed and constructed with an enclosed space of 140,498 square feet with 32,000 square feet of garden space. At its Grand Opening Ceremony, Pasadena city officials together with the community celebrated the Pasadena Lowes’ Center as a major stride in master planned development within the region. Today, it remains one of the premier home improvement centers in Greater Houston area.
Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is one of America’s number one retail companies specializing in home improvement. Headquartered in Mooresville, Lowes Home Improvement Center operates a chain of over 300 retail stores throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico, employing nearly 2.1 million people in North America. Lowes Home Improvement Lowe’s is the second- -largest hardware chain in the world. It operates 15 mechanized distribution centers in the U.S., 10 in Canada and contracts with a tier-one independent logistics provider for Mexico.

Lowes Home Improvement Center Pasadena was another KT Master Planned Development with leading industry metrics in delivery, cost and quality. K Realty Development and KT Builders provided real estate and construction management for all professional services related the project from its conception through completion. Completed in 1993, this 400,498 SF project cost $10 million in development and construction and involved participation from a wide variety of professionals, including architects, landscape architects, civil engineers, site planners, attorneys, environmental consultants, surveyors, title companies, lenders, architects, general contractors, and subcontractors and expert sales and marketing professionals.
Lowes Home Improvement Center Pasadena was very intricate from site selection, due diligence and project development through entitlement, construction and tenant occupation. Fortunately, this projects added to the KT Companies’ consistent track record of delivering large multifaceted projects on-time and on-budget.

Throughout his career with the KT Builders, K Realty Development and The Falcon Group, together with other investments and companies which he has founded, Mr. Tauch has successfully delivered over $500 Million in Master Planned real estate and infrastructure developments that span Texas, the south eastern United States, as well as Latin America and other regions of the world.
